In 2022, I implemented a Four-Day Workweek at my small national nonprofit. We were inundated with interest from other nonprofits. That's when I knew I had to share what we did with others...to save them time and money. I am excited to offer this training because I think there is a smarter way to work in the modern age.

We can't burn out our people who are working for peanuts and giving all of themselves for the job. I want all of you to be able to retain your best people and attract more applicants than you've ever had.
