  • When does the Fixer Fellowship start and end?
    We only open the Fellowship for enrollment several times a year. When you sign up during this period, the program begins almost immediately and will last for 12 months. You will have the opportunity to extend your tenure in the Fellowship for a fee.


  • Do I need a specific skill or experience level to join?
    No, you do not need to be at a particular skill or experience level. It is specifically the variety of skills and backgrounds that will make this group powerful.
  • I'm not an Executive Director. Can I still join the Fixer Fellowship?
    Yes! The Nonprofit Fixer Fellowship is perfect for paid or unpaid

  • How much is the Fixer Fellowship Group Coaching Program?
    Group coaching is $3,000 for one year. This includes bi-weekly group sessions, our Slack Community, and access to all my courses and tools.

    In comparison, private coaching starts at $6,000 for 6 months.

    -BONUS: All prior coaching calls are available in the Fellowship Training portal so you can see how your peers and I have tackled other nonprofit leadership challenges.

  • Can you tell me more about the strategy call with you?
    Absolutely! If you pay in full, you will receive a 30-minute strategy call with me, Sean, at any time before the end of the program. You can schedule this call using the provided link you’ll receive after you enroll. You can use this call for anything: coaching, consulting, training, Q&A, or deep dives into the curriculum. Virtually anything.

Each member receives immediate access to our training materials, resources, community, and live coaching experience, and your enrollment reserves a seat that cannot be offered to another nonprofit leader. 


    For that reason, all enrollments are final, and we do not offer refunds or cancellations once you have enrolled
