The Fixer Fellowship combines several elements.

2. Group Coaching and Community (peer support) for 12 months
-12 months of bi-weekly 1-hour group coaching calls with me and your peers to help you with mindset challenges and personal goals. Calls are on Zoom and recorded for later access).

-An opportunity to sit in the hot seat and have all your peers help you with a challenge you are facing.

-BONUS: All prior coaching calls are available in the Fellowship Training portal so you can see how your peers and I have tackled other nonprfit leadership challenges.

3. Community Support 24/7
-Join my exclusive and powerful private Slack community where you can collaborate, build your network and relationships, and get support from Sean and your peers.
You will receive an invitation to my exclusive Facebook group, where I offer additional support for 12 months

The Program begins almost immediately and will last for 12 months. You will have the opportunity to extend your tenure in the Fellowship for a fee.

You can schedule this call using the provided link you’ll receive after you enroll. You can use this call for anything: coaching, consulting, training, Q&A, or deep dives into the curriculum.
