 If you need to raise money from individuals, you need an email list growth strategy. Nonprofits will see attrition on their list over time (non-renewals, bouncing emails, unsubscribed, people dying or moving, etc.), so they must constantly grow their lists.

Generally, we do not refund purchases of our live or recorded trainings after they have been delivered or accessed. As a seller, we can issue a refund if there is a technical problem in the delivery of the live training (and we were unable to resolve the matter), or if there was a misrepresentation in the product description.
