With this 12-month coaching package, you will receive twenty-four (24) 1-on-1 coaching sessions with me, Sean Kosofsky, the Nonprofit Fixer. We will meet approximately every other week on a schedule that we set together. 

Executive Coaching services are designed to support nonprofit leaders in a number of ways. A Coach is an independent person who works with you and gives you honest feedback, support, and encouragement in your leadership journey. Coaches help leaders get "unstuck" and help them feel less isolated or alone. Even if the organization is paying for the coaching, the conversations between the coach and coaches are sacred and confidential. 

Coaching packages start with an intake questionnaire and some initial goal-setting. Then we get to work.
